We can transfer your current standard residential landline to a wireless phoneline, and if you don’t have a landline to transfer we can set you up with a new phone number. Voicemail |
With Call Minder, you won't ever miss a call again, as Call Minder greets your callers on your behalf and lets them leave a message for you. Call Minder answers your phone if you're unavailable or on another call. You can pick your messages up when you get off the phone or pick them up later that day. |

Call Waiting |
Call Waiting is a great service for busy households and for people running a business from home - as it lets you know if someone is trying to call you when you're on the phone. If you're on the phone and someone rings you, you'll hear four short beeps. You can then choose whether or not you answer this second call or switch between callers. |

Caller Display |
Caller Display lets you see the phone number of the person calling you before you answer. This means you can decide before hand how to answer the call or use to screen unwanted callers. |

Call Diversion |
When you are out and about, divert your home phone to another phone (mobile or landline) so your calls will follow you. You can then answer your calls wherever you are. There are 3 ways to set up Call Diversion:

Number Withhold |
If you call someone and they have a service like Caller Display, that person will be able to see your number before they pick up the phone. If you don't want them to see it, then you can use Number Withhold to stop the number being displayed. (Your number will still be visible to 111 emergency services and to our operators.) To block your number from being displayed only on that call dial 0197 before dialling the number you are calling. To block your number from being displayed permanently, contact us to add Number Withhold to your wireless phoneline. |

- * Up to 40 minutes per call, after that the standard per-minute rate will apply.
- Not compatible with fax, medical and security monitored alarms, EFTPOS or booking with your remote on SKY TV.
- When you cancel your Broadband Plan you will lose your Wireless Phoneline.

Smart Services are not available in all areas and may not be available or be limited due to network constraints and incompatibility with other products and services. Once you sign up for Smartphone services, you need to give us 30 days' notice if you want to cancel them. So the usual charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the date you actually cancel the service(s), even if the service itself is disconnected during that time.

Caller Display: you'll need a compatible telephone, or a separate display unit attached to your existing phone. The phone number will not be displayed if your caller a) dials a code which blocks Caller Display from recognising their number, b) calls from outside New Zealand or c) calls from some older exchanges or non-Telecom networks, a payphone or some mobile phones.
