Call Minder (Voicemail) |
With Call Minder, you won't ever miss a call again, as Call Minder greets your callers on your behalf and lets them leave a message for you. Call Minder answers your phone if you're unavailable or on another call. You can pick your messages up when you get off the phone or pick them up later that day. |

Call Waiting |
Call Waiting is a great service for busy households and for people running a business from home - as it lets you know if someone is trying to call you when you're on the phone. If you're on the phone and someone rings you, you'll hear four short beeps. You can then choose whether or not you answer this second call or switch between callers. |

Faxability |
Faxability is great if you have a fax and phone on the same line. With Faxability your fax machine will get its own ring tone (so you can identify it as being different to a phone call). Your machine recognises the ring and immediately accepts the fax message. |

Woosh Wiring Assurance |
The wiring in your home can experience wear and tear over time. If it needs repairing you'll need a technician to fix your wiring. By choosing Wiring Maintenance you pay a small monthly fee. Then if something does go wrong with your internal wiring or sockets, the cost of repairs (parts and labour) is covered. |

- There is no contract term on your landline plan however if you cancel your broadband plan your landline plan will also be cancelled.

Smart Services are not available in all areas and may not be available or be limited due to network constraints and incompatibility with other products and services. Once you sign up for Smartphone services, you need to give us 30 days' notice if you want to cancel them. So the usual charges will continue to apply for 30 days after the date you actually cancel the service(s), even if the service itself is disconnected during that time.

Call Minder: requires a touchtone phone and is not available in all areas.

Caller Display: you'll need a compatible telephone, or a separate display unit attached to your existing phone. The phone number will not be displayed if your caller a) dials a code which blocks Caller Display from recognising their number, b) calls from outside New Zealand or c) calls from some older exchanges or non-Telecom networks, a payphone or some mobile phones.

Call Waiting: requires a touchtone phone

Call Diversion: Calling charges apply if you divert your calls to a mobile phone or to another phone outside your local calling area.

FaxAbility: requires a compatible fax machine and is not available in all areas. Usual local, national and international charges apply for all outgoing calls. You cannot make a phone call and send a fax at the same time.
- Woosh Wiring Assurance: is an optional cover against faults in wiring, provided to you by Chorus. It covers the cost of parts and labour for the repair of faults caused by normal wear and tear in internal wiring and POTS sockets within your home. This fee covers the cost of labour and replacement of faulty parts with Chorus parts, but excludes any Woosh equipment.
Note: the RJ45 sockets are excluded from the Woosh Wiring Assurance service.
It is optional, so you can choose:
- To have Woosh Wiring Assurance, or
- To be responsible for your own repairs. If you need repairs, you can arrange for an outside company (i.e. an electrician) to carry out the work.
- To ask Woosh to arrange for a Chorus to carry out the repair, and any applicable charges added onto your Woosh account:
Please note that you are not covered for any faults for the first 30 days from confirmation from Telecom Wholesale that the product has been added to your line for both a new connection or a reconnection i.e. you have moved address.
