Installation

A technician will come to your house to handle the installation for you, usually within 12 working days of signing up.  We’ll contact you beforehand with the date and time of the installation.

Before an installation takes place, the technician will check for broadband coverage.  Once this has been confirmed the installation will take place.  You will not be charged if the technician determines that you cannot be connected due to service unavailability.

Our installation costs are very competitive and include:

  • RBI Gateway Modem for you to use
  • LMR240/LMR400 cabling
  • RBI Yagi antenna
  • Connection of one computer to the gateway
  • Miscellaneous connectors and cables

As part of the installation the installer will install and connect the antenna (which you will then own) to the roof of your premises, run cable on the outside of your premises and install one jack point inside your premises on an external wall.  They will also connect one computer to the modem. If you’ve chosen one of our broadband and phone plans, your phone will be connected to the modem as well. You can also request additional wiring (at an extra cost) to link your existing jack points to the wireless connections.
