A friend is more than just a phone number. That’s why with My Friends you can make free calls to your mates’ New Zealand mobile and landline – nationwide. That’s two free calling numbers for the price of one. Add a mate's name to My Friends and you can call them as often as you like, for up to 40 minutes per call to both their mobile and landline, for just $5.98 a month. My Friends is available with all our Rural Calling plans.

To manage My Friends' and their phone numbers go to My Friends in My Account.
Calls of up to 40 minutes long to any number included in My Friends are free. Beyond the first 40 minutes each call is charged at standard rate. You can make an unlimited number of My Friend calls, but a Fair Use policy applies. You can have up to 3 My Friends per account. The My Friend monthly fee is added to your account each time you create a new My Friend destination. If you delete a friend from My Friends, the monthly fee will be removed from your account from the next month onwards. Monthly fee and number change fees are charged in arrears.
