Fast Pack Home Broadband Plans With Phoneline


  • The Free National Calls bonus pack is only available with broadband plans, Fast Pack 60 and 200. National calls are free to landlines across New Zealand for the first 40 minutes per call, excluding premium services (e.g. 0900), after that your regular per minute plan rate will apply. Fair use policy applies.

  • Un-metering means any internet traffic generated while browsing specified sites, will not count towards your monthly wired broadband usage. As these sites are un-metered they won’t cause you to go over your monthly data allowance. However if you’ve already gone over your data allowance and have been slowed down, you’ll need to top up your data to browse these channels at full-speed. More details about un-metering.

  • All prices include GST and are current at 14 November 2011. 

  • $10.95 equipment dispatch fee applies.
  • These fantastic broadband plans and deals are available to new and existing Woosh customers, but you need to hurry because they are subject to change without notice. A 12 month contract and an early cancellation fee apply. Customers are responsible for any additional wiring charges as required. Included modem router remains property of Woosh. Broadband plans are not available everywhere.  

  • Each of these broadband plans has a monthly data allowance. If you go over this monthly amount, there are no additional charges, but your connection speed will be slowed down. It’s easy to get running at full-speed again simply top up your data on our website.  

  • Woosh Wiring Assurance is an optional cover against faults in wiring. For a set monthly fee of $3.98 it covers the cost of parts and labour for the repair of faults caused by normal wear and tear in Telecom compliant internal wiring and sockets within your home. This fee covers the cost of labour and replacement of faulty parts with Chorus parts in the following situations:

    • Interference on the POTS phone line or the line not working (unless caused by broadband or the customer’s device)
    • Wear and tear of internal wiring from the External Termination Point (ETP) including copper wiring (BT or RJ11), Ethernet cabling (Cat6 and Cat5) and RJ45 sockets.
    • If after install a splitter becomes faulty the cost of repair or replacement will be covered.
