Where do I check my data usage and data limit?     Login to the Woosh My Account section and click on "Manage" after selecting "Personal Homepages" on the side bar. Please make sure you login as (your username)@quicksilver.net.nz.     How much does it cost for additional disk space for Personal Homepage?     Woosh does offer additional disk space at a charge of $2 per 10 MB, per month (incl. GST). The Maximum disk space allowance is 100 MB. To purchase addition disk space, you go to the same place where you check data usage and data limit.     How do I upload my web site?     You can use any FTP client to upload your web site. FTP server parameters are as follows: FTP Server: homepages.woosh.co.nz or www-upload.quicksilver.net.nz FTP Login: (your username)@quicksilver.net.nz FTP Password: your password Directory for upload: /doc     Does Quicksilver personal homepage support dynamic web pages or server-side script?     No. We prohibit certain file extensions to be uploaded onto our server. However, this rule does not apply if you's using the sitebuilder tool that we provide.     Can I get statistics or logs for my site?     No. The Personal Homepages service does not provide statistics or logs for individual sites.     What is virtual hosting?     Virtual hosting or (VHOST) is a method for pointing your domain name to your personal homepage.     How do I set up Virtual Hosting?     If you have a domain as well as personal homepage hosted with Woosh Wireless, you can login to the Woosh My Account section and click on "Manage Domain".     What is my website address?     When you publish your Personal Homepages either via the Woosh Sitebuilder tool or upload via FTP (File Transfer Protocol), your website address will be http://pages.quicksilver.net.nz/(your username)     How do I remove my Personal Homepages?     Customers can delete individual Personal Homepage or unsubscribe all Personal Homepages from within “My Account” on Woosh.com and your Homepages will be removed instantly from the World Wide Web. Caution: This process is irreversible. Once personal homepage has been deleted or unsubscribed you can only sign up new Woosh account to get Personal Homepage service.     Is my Personal Homepage backed up?     Woosh Wireless aims to provide a reliable, secure and stable hosting environment, however we do not back up or restore any Personal Homepage content. It is the individual user’s responsibility to backup their website content. Restoration of individual websites is not supported and Woosh will not be liable for any lost data. We recommend that owners of Personal Homepages make a copy of their website to their own personal local hard drive by using FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
