| | A promo code is a unique combination of numbers and letters, randomly generated and assigned to you, which allow us to offer a special discount or referral rewards to you (the ‘referrer’) and your friend who becomes a new customer (the ‘referred friend’).

| | Login to the Woosh My Account section or via www.woosh.com/mates and your unique promo code will be shown. | |

| | When you refer a friend to sign up using your promo code to one of the currently advertised wireless or wired broadband plans, both accounts will receive a $20 credit in the next bill cycle once both accounts have been active for the 30 days after the referred friend has joined Woosh. | |

| | You can refer as many friends as you like to Woosh and as often as you like using your promo code. As long as both accounts remain active for the 30 days after the referred friend has joined Woosh, the credits will be applied. | |

| | There could be a few reasons why you have not received the $20 credit:

if your account has been suspended within the 30 days after your friend has joined Woosh;
-
If your friend’s Woosh wireless or wired broadband plan has not been active for 30 days;

If your friend did not enter or quote your promo code when they sign up to Woosh. This
cannot be rectified, as we have no record to show that you referred them. It is your
responsibility to ensure that the people you refer enter your promo code correctly when
they signed up to Woosh.

| | You can email it to your friends, use it in your email signature file, share it in your social media sites, chat forums or blogging pages, anywhere you like to increase your number of referrals.
Remember, Woosh does not condone spam. Do not send an email promoting Woosh to people you do not know, or to people who would not want the email. Do not post messages to forums or chat rooms promoting your Woosh referral link where such behaviour is not appropriate.

| | You can use our suggested email template from www.woosh.com/mates or send a personalised message to a friend, just remember to include your promo code “XXXXXX” or you can send them a special referral link where your promo code is shown at the end of the link (remember to replace the XXXXXX with your actual promo code),
e.g. :

| | The $20 credit will be applied to your account on the following month’s bill cycle after your friend’s account has been active for 30 days. | |

| | 1. We will credit your account with a $20 credit if you (the 'referrer') refer a new customer (the 'referred friend’) to join the Service, however we will only credit you if:
1.1. your account has been active throughout the 30 days when the referred friend’s account is activated; and
1.2. the referred friend’s account has been activated for at least 30 day on a Woosh wireless or wired broadband plans; and
1.3. the referred friend is not already a customer of, and has never been a customer of Woosh; and
1.4. the referred friend is eligible to join and use the Woosh Service based on coverage and availability; and
1.5. the referred friend quote or enters your Woosh unique promo code in the correct field during the Woosh sign up process when they join, or they follow your designated referral link which automatically includes your promo code in the correct field on the sign up form.
2. We reserve the right to deduct any account credits credited in relation to a referral if we, at any time, discover that any condition in clause 1 above has not been met.
3. You expressly acknowledge that you are not permitted to join the Service on behalf of another individual.
4. We reserve the right to deduct from your account any credits credited to you in relation to a referral if the referred account is cancelled by us or by the referred friend within 30 days of the date of the referred friend joining.
5. You must not make any misleading statements about the Woosh Service, or misrepresent to the person you refer.
6. You must not display or post your referral link or any banner or graphic promoting the Woosh Service on any website that contains any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information or material.
