To use Woosh Calling & Broadband services you’ll need some Woosh equipment to connect to the Woosh network. We offer a range of equipment kit options, which come with simple set-up instructions.

Terms and Conditions

All prices include GST and are current at 1 September 2008. Broadband plans allow unlimited downloads. No charges for excess data usage. However speeds will be reduced once data allowance is exceeded. Customers on Woosh Wireless plans have the option to top up their monthly data cap at any time during the month This service is only available by accessing My Account via the woosh.com website or by calling 0800 4 WOOSH (0800 4 96674). The Top Up data purchased will be valid for the remainder of the customer's 30 day anniversary period before it expires. Click here for more details.

Broadband & Calling plans include FREE local calls. Other calls will incur an additional charge.

Speeds and availability are subject to Woosh Wireless coverage conditions and bandwidth availability

Promotional Activation and Early Cancellation Fees
During the promotional period between 1 September to 31 December 2008, the following fees apply to a 12 month contract term:

Standard Activation Fee of $99 applies to 12 month wireless broadband plans. When you take calling as well as broadband you can choose to sign up with or without a calling contract. Customers choosing no calling contract will incur an additional $99 activation fee.

Standard Early Account Cancellation Fee of $99 applies to 12 month wireless broadband only contracts if your account is cancelled within 12 months. Early Account cancellation fee of $198 applies to 18 month broadband only contracts if your account is cancelled within 18 months. If your calling account is cancelled within 12 months of beginning a contract, an additional $99 cancellation fee applies.

Woosh retains ownership of equipment. Equipment must be returned when service ends.
