How do I change to Woosh? Everything you need is in one package and you can install it yourself. Most of our customers are up and running in 15 minutes.
What about my email address?
If you already have an email account with another Internet Service Provider (ISP) you will still be able to get your mail using your Woosh connection.
Please note: Some ISPs may restrict access. If you are with Xtra you will need to set up email forwarding to your Woosh email account.
If you are with iHug your can receive emails from your pop3.ihug.co.nz account but you will have to use smtp.woosh.co.nz to send emails. Your username and password will be for your iHug account.

Your Woosh email address
You automatically have a Woosh email account set up on the Woosh web mail service. You can access you Woosh email two ways.
1.
By logging on to the Webmail link on the top
of the woosh.com website.
OR
2.
Via your mail client
on your desk top. E.g. Outlook Express
Now all you have to do is tell everyone your new email address!
