How Do I Get Started?
All you need is a computer with a dial-up modem, a phone cable, and a phone jack connected to a working phone line.
Just give us a call on 0800 4 WOOSH (0800 4 96674) and we’ll sign you up and help you get connected.
It’s easy to set up and you can keep the same phone number. A one off connection fee of $37.80 (including GST) applies.
Please note: the $37.80 connection fee does not apply to those customers in Christchurch using dial up because their service has been affected by the earthquake.
