How do I change to Woosh?
It’s so easy to get Woosh Wired Broadband. You can either sign up on our website (click here to buy now), or by calling 0800 4 WOOSH (0800 4 96674) or Auckland 09 9400 111. Our friendly Contact Centre staff will talk you through choosing a plan, and helping you get set up.

Transferring from another Provider
If you are transferring broadband from another provider, you’ll need to change the username and password on your modem on connection day.

We’ll make it as easy as possible to change.
  1. Check availability
  2. Choose your plan & modem
  3. We’ll connect you to Woosh broadband and Quickfire Calling on your Telecom phone line. Please allow up to 10 working days for connection
What about my email address?
If you already have an email account with another service provider, they should be able to forward your email to your new Woosh address for a small fee.
