| | Woosh offers FREE Webmail access to all customers with a Woosh Broadband Plan. Every Woosh email account comes with 100MB of space. With Webmail you can view, access and manipulate your email from any computer connected to the World Wide Web.

| | An email alias is another email address that points to an email account you already have. It provides another email address with the need for another email username and password.

| | How does Virus Scanning work?
Woosh virus scanners check all incoming and outgoing email destined for the Woosh mail servers. If an email is found to be infected with a virus, the attachment is immediately deleted, and you are notified via email.
NB: We do not guarantee our service will catch 100% of all viruses.
How does SPAM Filtering work?
Woosh's spam filter checks all incoming email destined for Woosh mail servers. Any email determined to be spam will be tagged with the words SPAM: in the email subject. This allows you to easily identify SPAM messages. You can create a Rule within your email Software to move all such tagged messages into a folder. It is also advised that you check the folder from time to time to check for "false positives" - these are emails identified on SPAM that may not be.
NB: We cannot guarantee a 100% catch rate on all SPAM messages, or that we will not sometimes catch valid messages as SPAM.

| | Woosh Wireless has partnered with Watchdog Corporation to provide our customers with a website filtering service. The service offers safe Internet access where inappropriate material is blocked before it can reach a customer's computer. No special settings are required and unlimited access is still granted to other sites on the internet.

| | A Multidrop (also called Domain Mailbox or Catch all account) is an email account that will receive email sent to any address @ yourdomain.co.nz
It's very useful for smaller businesses, and all that's required is an email account (box) on your domain.

NB: You can have the option to have additional email account to your multidrop which is automatically exclude emails that are directly sent to the multidrop.

| | The Roaming Dial Up service is available to all Woosh customers who have a broadband plan. You may access the Roaming Dial Up service from anywhere within New Zealand provided you have access to an active telephone jack point.
Setup: Using your Dial Up modem, telephone 0873 00111 and logon using your Woosh Account user name and password.
Price: $9.95 a month (incl. GST). This amount is only charged if the service is actually used. | |

| | A Static IP address is a number that is assigned to a computer by Woosh to be its permanent address on the Internet. Computers use IP addresses to locate and talk to each other on the Internet, much the same way people use phone numbers to locate and talk to one another on the telephone. Static IP allocation is ideal if you host Web or email services or other key business applications. It is a pre-requisite for anyone that hosts a website or mail server.
Static IP Addresses are available with all Woosh plans. Only one Static IP address is available per customer.

| | Woosh customers on Broadband Internet plans are offered 10MB FREE of personal web page space on the Woosh Wireless homepages server. You can upload and maintain your site by either taking advantage of our FREE website creation tool or using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) of your pre-prepared web site.
