IMPORTANT: Check your email address.
We’ve noticed that some of our customers aren’t receiving their emails from us.
We email our customers with details of their monthly bill, technical updates, changes
to our pricing and services, and any special promotions.
If you aren’t receiving emails from us, once you’ve logged in, can you click on
the eBill option in the left hand side menu and check your email address is
correct and goes to an active email account that you use.
To ensure our emails don’t go into your junk folder, please also go into
this email account and add Woosh as a contact with the email
address of wooshmailer@woosh.co.nz
